Takingapeek, 51

So... here we are As I've gotten older the things I thought I once wanted have changed, and I am more open and honest with myself than before. To make things easy I'm going to put some of it out here just so I don't waste anyone's time. I am Catholic and would prefer to date someone of the same faith; I do attend and believe that God is a part of our lives every day. I do not want to date anyone with children younger than mine (14 and 11), I know that can sound bad� but I know myself well enough that I know I wouldn't be happy going backwards in that aspect. I also know I would have a hard time in a mixed race relationship, nothing wrong with it for other people, I happen to not want to date red heads either; nothing good seems to come of that for me it's just personal preferences. Just like many people don't like dating the fat Chick everyone is entitled to likes and dislikes without judgment.
I actually love my life right now, just moved into my new house, love my job and everything is happy (for the most part) and healthy. I just want to find someone to share it with. I will admit that I don�t really have a lot of time to spend with someone but there is time if it's right. I really don't need someone that feels you have to spend all your time with someone to know its "real". It will be a while before anyone would meet the kids and even longer before someone would meet the rest of my family. I really want something that is more just for me, my time, and my escape. Like I said earlier, I like to keep it real and put the cards on the table.
I am pretty much an open book so if you have any questions just shoot me an email, I would love to see where things can go from here. I may come across harsh on here but I am actually a very nice person, I just wouldn't want to waste anyone's time if they are looking for things I am not.
