Transsubstansiation Binds Us I was born and raised Ukrainian Catholic. After some time away from the Church, I have returned, renewed in my commitment and belief that the Church is the Original Church. Through transsubstansiation, we are bound together forever, even as we drift away from the Church and somehow always find each other ("recovering Catholics"). After praying and meditating about this I decided that it makes perfect sense that such a holy mystery would bind humanity forever.
